The tragic deaths of Gene Hackman, his wife Betsy Arakawa, and one of their dogs in their Santa Fe home have stirred deep emotions and questions. The forensic expert’s heartbreaking theory suggests that what initially seemed like a mysterious or potentially foul play-related event may, in fact, be a tragic accident. Hackman, at 95, had advanced health issues, including coronary artery disease, and it\u2019s believed he suffered a fatal heart attack. His pacemaker\u2019s last recorded heartbeat pointed to this conclusion.<\/p>\n

In an attempt to help, Arakawa may have hurried to get Hackman\u2019s medication but tragically slipped and hit her head. The space heater near her body could have played a role in her injury. She might have lost consciousness and died before being able to assist Hackman. The scattered pills near her body support this theory.<\/p>\n

The tragic fate of their dog, Zinna, found in the bathroom closet, suggests it died from dehydration and starvation after being trapped without food or water. Meanwhile, the other two dogs were found alive, highlighting the contrasting outcomes among the animals.<\/p>\n
