Suel Nogueira, a renowned bodybuilder, tragically lost his life at the age of 40 due to a devastating motorcycle accident.
Last Wednesday, Nogueira was navigating through traffic when he collided with the rear of a truck, resulting in serious injuries to several individuals.
Reports indicate that he succumbed to his injuries while being transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Curitiba, Paraná.
Paramedics worked for approximately forty minutes in an attempt to revive him upon their arrival at the scene.
Nogueira was best known for his remarkable achievement of winning the championship title eight times in Brazil’s Pro Bodybuilding organization, the Campeao Mundial.
Over the course of his career, he secured an additional 25 titles, including one from the World Fitness Federation (WFF).
He was particularly celebrated for overcoming obesity to reach these heights, serving as a source of inspiration for many, especially those battling eating disorders.
Witnessing Nogueira’s transformation from obesity to becoming a world champion bodybuilder was truly motivational.
At his heaviest, he reportedly weighed around 120 kg before he decided to make a change.
